My training includes a Master of Divinity degree as well as specific training in Spiritual Direction and certification as a life coach. Spiritual coaching (also called spiritual direction) allows a safe place to explore the deeper questions in life and grow in our understanding of our inner potential and how the Spirit is at work within us and our world. Coaching creates a safe space to understand ourselves better, why we respond the way we do and how we can grow into being a person fully alive, engaged, and enlightened. Do I have to be religious to do spiritual coaching?<\/span><\/div>\n

No! You do not need to attend church or even have a certain belief in God. I believe that we have all been created as spiritual beings. In our busy and complex world, we sometimes lose the connection with our own spirits. Spiritual coaching opens the space to reconnect with that part of us that gives us direction,peace, and joy in our lives regardless of what is happening around us.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

There is no requirement for how often we meet. However, like most things in life, when they are done with intention and regularity, the benefits are greater. To really see the benefits of spiritual and life coaching, attending sessions once a month is ideal.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How much does it cost?<\/span><\/div>\n

The first session is always free<\/strong> and a time to explore if this is a good fit for you. If you choose to continue, a sliding scale is in place to strike a balance between making coaching accessible while also allowing me to support my family. The scale ranges from $65-$85\/hour session depending on your own financial situation. (See the <\/span>Green Bottle Sliding Scale<\/u><\/a> to help you.) Special consideration will be made for students.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
